The clamor that has arisen around the world in response to the latest news from Ukraine demands a response from us. When evil seems overwhelming, we instinctively turn to a higher power, and as Christian Scientists, we know that we must first quiet raging personal sense (“be still”) before we can acknowledge God, the only real power. “Christian Science brings to light Truth and its supremacy, universal harmony, the entireness of God, good, and the nothingness of evil. (S&H 293:28).”
