Note to composers and rights owners...

You can see from the scope of the Solo Bank why I have not obtained permission from composers and other rights owners before making these recordings freely available.  Yet in the 20+ years that the Solo Bank has been available, I've had no complaints.  In the case of living composers, this is probably due to the fact that the presence of a recording in the Solo Bank amounts to publicity for the piece ― and that's the main motivation behind the Solo Bank:  to stimulate interest in fresh material, both new and old.

However, I will remove a recording at the request of a rights owner.

Alternatively, I would gladly replace an existing recording in the Solo Bank with whatever replacement you wish to send me.
